Royals from around the world gathered today in England to remember King Constantine of Greece.

The Thanksgiving Service for King Constantine of the Hellenes took place this morning at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

Representing the British royal family were Queen Camilla, Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson, Zara Tindall, Mike Tindall and Princess Anne.

Other U.K. royals in attendance included the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

King Charles III and Prince William did not attend, as Charles is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and therefore stepping away from most public engagements, and William pulled out of the event at the last minute due to a personal matter; no more information on the subject has been disclosed.

The late King Constantine II, Head of the Royal House of Greece, reigned as the last King of the Hellenes, from March 6, 1964 to June 1, 1973, when monarchy was abolished in the country. He died on January 10, 2023 Athens at the age of 82. The Greek royal family, while symbolic, is no longer actively reigning.
