World Series hotels in Phoenix are filling up fast. Here's how much you'll pay for a room

Phoenix is Championship City again.

That's the nickname Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego bestowed on the city to highlight its hosting of numerous major sporting events in recent years, from Super Bowl 2023 to the NCAA Final Four in April 2024.

And now, the World Series.

The Arizona Diamondbacks' 4-2 win Tuesday over the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 7 of the National League Championship Series not only means they're in the World Series, where they'll face the Texas Rangers.

It also means at least two games — three if a Game 5 is needed — will be played at Chase Field in downtown Phoenix, the Diamondbacks' home stadium.

As fans come to Phoenix to see the DBacks play in their first World Series since 2001, hotels will fill with sports fans. Here's what's available and what fans can expect to pay.
