Into the Woods With Angela Lindvall, Keira Knightley, and Vanessa Paradis at Chanel

Only Karl Lagerfeld has the power to change the seasons—at least inside the Grand Palais. This morning’s Chanel show was set in a woodsy, autumnal wonderland, complete with real trees, moss, and piles of leaves reminiscent of Lagerfeld’s upbringing in the country. “We all thought it was nearly spring, but no, it’s autumn!” Keira Knightley told Vogue after the show, pointing out a foliage-printed dress that “has her name on it.” Fellow Chanel campaign star Vanessa Paradis added: “I love that you could smell the show before you could see it.”
