A woman’s girlfriend left her after a Reddit thread about their relationship blew up. The woman shared her experience on Reddit’s “Am I the A******” forum. “[Stacie is at a] construction company but has kind of worked her way up and earns $60,000 annually,” she wrote. “We went out with my colleagues ... and … [o]ne of them asked what my GF does for a living,” she continued. The user says she felt embarrassed and told her colleagues that Stacie ‘doesn’t have a real job’. After the thread went viral on social media, Stacie broke up with the user.
