My Beauty Obsession showcases the extreme ways in which people strive to be beautiful. From a mother who has used a corset to achieve her 18-inch waist to a woman who underwent numerous surgeries to look like Melania Trump, the stories are endless.

For Claudia Sierra, life as a stay-at-home mom and interior designer to her neighbors was unfulfilling. So, she paid a visit to her local plastic surgeon, Dr. Franklin Rose, for a reinvention.

"I definitely wanted to branch out," Sierra said to AOL Lifestyle of her decision to go under-the-knife. The inspiration behind her new look? None other than Melania Trump. "I just looked at her and thought she was so elegant, so beautiful."

Continued Sierra: "I said I wanted a completely new face. I want everything lifted, pumped up. And we accomplished that."

No characteristic was left untouched: From a cheek lift inspired by one of Trump's portraits to copying the bridge of the nose, reconstructive surgery and liposuction, Dr. Rose did it all in one day. And 10 hours and $65,000 dollars later, Sierra walked out of the surgery room looking like a new person.

But her evolution didn't end there. "She gave me the push, the inspiration...but now, I'm doing more the Claudia look."

"I think everybody sees me as this brat girl who is going to spend $65,000. But let me tell you, I needed to invest in myself," she concluded. "This is the Claudia Sierra reborn."

Trump Says Giuliani to File Report on Findings From Ukraine

Enik: What? How can a private attorney give a report about something of this magnitude? How can Giuliani even have access to such delicate state matters or national security issues? He isn’t there on behalf of the State Department. Giuliani represents the president, he is his personal lawyer. How can anyone even think he is impartial in his so called findings?
