Woman Shares Tip That Makes Painting Doors So Much Easier
Painting is not for the faint of heart, it takes a lot of prep work with masking tape, a lot of precise work with pouring the paint, and a lot of patience with moving and working slowly to get an even coat.

The page that posted the video is the TikTok account @therenegadehome who posts videos of all things home DIY projects, interior design projects, and furniture flips. But the paint hack they shared for painting doors is, in our opinion, superior to the others, it's a game changer.
We have seen some great ideas for painting doors, like placing them on spinners on a sawhorses, and flipping side to side but her tips are to par.
First, the woman says adding Floetrol to latex paint is like magic, it prevents roller marks and makes it look like the doors were sprayed.
Next, she says to ditch the brush for a mini nap or foam roller. The finish that the rollers leave is so smooth and nearly unbeatable.
Her last tip is to use the free paint sticks screwed in the middle of them to the top of the door to create arms for the door to rest against a wall while painting, preventing smudges on the freshly coated side!
