Hold your sheet up by the two corner seams at one short end of the sheet.
Mix your hands, folding the sheet in half so that the two corners meet. One hand should now be holding two corners of the sheet.
Repeat the same method but on the long side. Hold along the top seam of the sheet and fold it in half so the two previously joined corners meet the remaining two.
Now place the folded sheet down on your flat surface. It should resemble a rectangle with elastic edges layered inside the fold.
Fold the sheet into thirds, lengthwise. Start with one long side and move towards the middle, then do the same with the other.
Now fold the sheet into thirds again, working from the short end of your rectangle.
You're nearly there! Take the rectangle and fold it in half one last time, tucking the extra into the fold for a clean finish.
