Woman Gives Her Bathroom Floors a Dreamy Updated for Under $100

The convinces of renting is high, you often don’t have to worry about lawn care or house maintenance, if there's a major leak or problem with the house's plumbing or electrical you don’t have to deal with or pay for it, and you don’t need to buy new appliances like ovens or refrigerators if they break. The only downfall is that you typically can not customize the area that you are living in, which means no fun DIYs, remodels, or changes that you can make to the space without either consulting your landlord first or having them pretty angry with you later. One woman showed us a renter-friendly DIY that makes your space more customized while not being a permeate addition. Check it out!

The woman who blessed all of us renters with this unique and easy renter-friendly DIY is instagram user @jordanmillerhome. She has a pretty large following on her Instagram channel and for good reason! Her account is filled with all things home content from renter and budget-friendly DIYs, to interior design ideas, and home inspo content. But her renter-friendly DIY videos definitely have the highest marks as they are pretty genius!

The woman starts out her video by showing off the old floors that look like they came straight from the early 2000s. They have a brown tint to them with a tye-dyed tone, the grout is dirty and chipping out, and some of the tiles are badly cracked.

The woman totally flipped her old flooring using peel and stick tile squares to do so. She cut the squares out of contact paper to match the square tiles of the flooring and secured them down. It looks so good!
