Woman Fulfills Dream of Opening a Dog Cafe and Sadly No One Is Showing Up

If you are located by Carmarthen, Wales in the United Kingdom an absolutely adorable dog cafe has opened up and sadly, not a lot of people have become customers yet. The owner of the cafe, @Baileyscoffeebar recently took to TikTok to share a video of her cute coffee spot and sadly post about how her dream of opening up the cafe is not attracting business like she had hoped.
