Woman's Arousal Disorder Causes Daily Unpredictable & Painful Orgasms

Mona is suffering from an arousal disorder condition that causes her daily erratic orgasms that are painful. Mona says that about 3 years ago, she began developing unexplainable pain. She says she experiences a hot, piercing pain in her pelvic area. "I was having 75 to 100 painful orgasms per day," she reveals.
After numerous false diagnoses, she was finally told she had persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD), which results in spontaneous, frequent and uncontrollable genital arousal.

She says that her pain and pleasures centers are crossed and she even is in pain when urinating and defecating. "You get to the point where you can't even touch your spouse without having pain, that makes you feel like you are doing to die... love should never be this difficult," she says.
Mona tells us she has been to over 100 doctors and been to 19 hospitals searching for help.

Mona and her husband James join ER physician Dr. Travis Stork, OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry and neurosurgeon Dr. Aaron Filler , who explains that a new type of nerve MRI and an MRI-guided injection, followed by a surgery that might be able to treat Mona's condition. Dr. Filler says he is confident the problem can be fixed. He has offered the procedure at no cost to her.
"This is such a blessing because... I don't even remember the person I was before... I feel like I have amnesia. I ask my husband to remind me not to forget that I love [him]. My body doesn't remember, my heart does, but my body has forgotten," an emotional Mona says.
