This Woman With Alopecia Just Got the Most Amazing Hair Transformation

It's awe-inspiring.

Hair loss, for whatever reason — whether it's stress-induced or the condition many of us know as Alopecia Areata — can prove pretty damn heartbreaking. The good news, though, is that in addition to myriad technology-fueled treatments options out there, there are also some seriously talented stylists who know how to handle situations of hair loss like the pros that they are.

Cherie Amor, celebrity hairstylist and owner of the Elegance of Amor salon in Brooklyn, New York, is one of those pros. She helped transform one of her clients with alopecia, and the result was so remarkable that world-renowned beauty mogul, Huda Kattan, took it upon herself to highlight Amor's beautiful work. "Beautiful transformation by @cherie_amor 😍😍😍 ," she captioned the video she reposted, which showcases Amor's client having hair sewn through a crochet cap to cover the areas of hair loss on her scalp.

The finished look, as you can see, is truly awe-inspiring. Amor's client couldn't look happier with her hair, which is full and curled with a sleek middle part. On her own Instagram, Amor posted the same transformation video, going more in-depth about the experience in her caption:

"So this client of mine suffers from Alopecia ,,,, she wasn't sure if this could even be done and I guaranteed her I can pretty much make anything work ,,,,, the come out was amazing and she was Happy 🤗,,,,, so get the look,,,, no need to be embarrassed ,,,, always feel comfortable in the skin your in! HAIR JUST ADD VOLUME TO YOUR BEAUTY ❤️❣️❤️ anything is possible #eoa #eleganceofamor #brooklynhairstylist #brooklynsalon #charlottehairstylist #charlottesalon #atlantahairstylist (I DONT USE GLUE) it's all sewed in 💁🏽"

It goes without saying but it's never, ever easy suffering from hair loss, albeit it's crucial to realize that if you are, you're far from alone. It's extremely common in women and men of all ages, even as young as your 20s. But, as I mentioned above and what we saw here with Amor's genius makeover, it's not the end of the world and there are many solutions out there. At the end of the day, it's only hair!
