Although her college days are long behind her and she’s a star in the WNBA, Griner couldn’t help herself from putting on a show, much to the delight of the fans in attendance. At halftime, with her Converse Chuck 70s laced up, the 6-foot-9 hooper threw down a dunk that got the crowd excited.

Griner has had an incredible pro career since leaving Baylor. She was selected by the Phoenix Mercury with the No. 1 pick in the 2013 WNBA Draft, and would win a championship with the team in 2014. She is also a nine-time WNBA All-Star, a two-time WNBA scoring champion and has been named to the All-WNBA First Team three times (2014, 2019, 2021).
