Netflix has just dropped the official teaser trailer for the highly-anticipated two-part season three of The Witcher.

The third season trailer gives fans a peak at Henry Cavill final stint as Geralt of Rivia. In the teaser trailer, Netflix gives fans a glimpse of Cavill as the White Wolf who appears to now know real fear. Ciri and Yennifer now have more to worry about as the ominous trailer foreshadows greater mysteries and unexpected encounters.

The third season is bittersweet as it marks Cavill's end as the titular character. Liam Hemsworth is set to replace Cavill in season four and was announced just last year. The new season synopsis reads, "As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri into hiding, determined to protect his newly-reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it. Entrusted with Ciri's magical training, Yennefer leads them to the protected fortress of Aretuza, where they hope to uncover more about the girl's untapped powers; instead, they discover they've landed in a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery. They must fight back, put everything on the line – or risk losing each other forever."
