Model Winnie Harlow is quickly on her way to becoming a household name. A sought-out figure in fashion, the 23-year-old has graced the runways for Marc Jacobs and Philipp Plein, landed on pages inside Vogue Australia, Glamour UK, and Elle Canada, and starred in campaigns for a wide range of brands from Christian Dior to Nike. As if this level of success weren't cool enough, she made a cameo in Beyoncé's Lemonade music video and is friends with the likes of Bella Hadid and Drake.

But it's not just her impressive résumé that brings her fame. It's also how she's embraced her vitiligo, a skin condition that causes the loss of pigmentation in blotches. Being in the spotlight allows her to be a role model for anyone who's ever felt "different."

In a recent Instagram post, the model shared an empowering almost-nude selfie and reminded her followers about the importance of self-love. "The real difference isn't my skin," she captioned a picture of herself wearing nothing but a nude thong and gold hoop earrings. "It's the fact that I don't find my beauty in the opinions of others. I'm beautiful because I know it. Celebrate Your unique beauty today (& everyday)!"

This isn't the first time Harlow has shared her positive vibes with her 2 million-plus Instagram followers. She's previously spoken candidly about being bullied for her vitiligo and has always tried to encourage people to embrace themselves entirely as they are. A few weeks ago, for example, she posted a photo of herself wearing a bodysuit that showed off her skin with some motivational words from Coco Chanel: "In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different." Then, quoting another famous fashion designer (psst, it's Marc Jacobs), she wrote: "There's nothing wrong with being different."

Thanks for constantly reminding us to #LoveMyShape-and our skin-Winnie! All bodies deserve to be loved, celebrated, and appreciated, for everthing that makes them unique.
