A few dozen homes listed at $1 million or above are currently on the market in Louisville, mostly concentrated in the eastern half of Jefferson County.

These homes typically feature an abundance of rooms, multi-car garages, large backyards, gourmet kitchens, and ornate detailing, among other "extras."

The Jefferson County homes below, listed for sale within the last month at or above $1 million, are no different. A mix of both newer builds and half-century-old stunners, these pricey listings have much to offer outside of the ordinary. The median sales price for homes in Jefferson County, in August 2023, was $275,000, according to the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
