Who Will Win 'America’s Got Talent: All-Stars’?

After watching every episode, here is our prediction.

This season of America’s Got Talent: All-Stars is heading to the finale, when one of the 11 finalists—Aidan Bryan, Aidan McCann, Ana-Maria Mărgean, Avery Dixon, Bello Sisters, Detroit Youth Choir, Kodi Lee, Light Balance Kids, Michael E. Winfield, Power Duo, and Tom Ball—will be chosen as the All-Star and win the $25,000 grand prize.

But the interesting thing about the All-Stars season is the way that it was structured didn’t necessarily put all the top talent through to the finale. Each night of the six nights of auditions, only two acts moved on: One the Golden Buzzer selected by the judges and the other the act voted through by the Superfans. The exception was the final night when there were no more Golden Buzzers, and only one act went through.

So, if there were three outstanding acts in one night, sometimes an act that deserved to make the finale didn’t get through, where if the artist had performed on a different night, they might have made the finale. Examples that easily come to mind are previous AGT winners Terry Fator, Dustin Tavella, and Brandon Leake.

That said, only one artist will win in the end, so perhaps it doesn’t matter who the competition is as the surefire winner for All-Stars is Kodi Lee, who wowed the judges, the audience and the Superfans on night six of the auditions with his performance of Calum Scott’s “Biblical.” Kodi, as you will recall, won Season 14 of AGT and has been performing in Las Vegas at the AGT Live show.

“There’s no other word to describe what you do other than amazing,” judge Howie Mandel told Kodi. “You are truly amazing. You’re truly an All-Star. You just got this audience, you just got the Superfans, and the audience at home to feel it.”

In the long-shot chance that Kodi doesn’t win, there are two possible contenders for the title: British singer Tom Ball and Romanian ventriloquist/singer Ana-Maria Mărgean, both of whom went through on night five.

Tom was awarded the group Golden Buzzer by judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie, and host Terry Crews, following his performance of Simon & Garfunkel’s “Sounds of Silence.” Tom didn’t win Britain’s Got Talent. He placed third, so if he comes in second here for All-Stars, it’s an improvement. Plus, he was up against much stiffer competition this time around.

“Tom, I’m actually angry about something,” Simon said. “I wish this was the first time I had heard you in a weird way. You are like Susan Boyle’s grandson because what you do is not what we expect. For me, this is the best performance I’ve seen all series.”

Ana-Maria was also a surprise for everyone. She was the winner of Romania’s Got Talent in 2022 before being invited to perform for All-Stars, so no one in the U.S. had seen her act. She is a ventriloquist who also sings, following in the footsteps of Terry Fator and Darci Lynne, both who won the regular version of the show.

Ana-Maria did a funny bit with her “rescue” dog puppet Waldo, who musically informed his mistress “You Don’t Own Me,” singing a terrific rendition of the Lesley Gore song. Of course, Ana-Maria contradicted him with an even better singing voice.

“Wow! I mean, no wonder you won,” Heidi said at the conclusion of the performance. “You are incredible. You’re gorgeous. You can sing so beautifully. I love your furry friend. And it was funny, too. I love all the banter and the jokes.”

America’s Got Talent: All Stars airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. Monday, Feb. 20 will be the final night of performances, and then the winner will be revealed on Monday, Feb. 27. Tune in to find out if Kodi Lee walks away with the title or if there is a surprise twist.
