On Monday, the day of Prince Louis' christening, the British royal family released the names of the youngest royal's godparents on their official website.

As Sky News reports, Prince Louis will have six godparents, all of whom are friends and family of Prince William and Kate Middleton. The godparents include some familiar names such as Nicholas van Cutsem, and Lucy Middleton, along with Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Lady Laura Meade, and Mrs. Robert Carter.

Fans of the royal wedding will recognize Nicholas van Cutsem's surname, as his daughter, Florence, was one of Meghan Markle's flower girls. His other daughter, Grace, was a flower girl at Kate Middleton and Prince William's 2011 wedding, and memorably covered her ears during the balcony kiss.

According to The Sun, van Cutsem "was formerly a major with the Household Cavalry’s Life Guards," and is a close friend of both Prince William and Prince Harry.

Lucy Middleton is the Duchess of Cambridge's cousin, while Hannah Carter, who is listed as Mrs. Robert Carter, is a close friend of Kate's from college.

As the Express reports, Lady Laura Meade is married to James Meade, who attended school with Prince William, with the site noting that her husband "is also the godfather of Princes Charlotte."

Rounding out the group are Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, one of Prince William's closest friends from school at Eton, and Guy Pelly, who The Telegraph calls a " renowned high society nightclub founder," who is "moving on from his hedonistic days with Princes William and Harry." As predicted, Meghan Markle is not one Prince Louis' godparents.

Much like his siblings' godparents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen a close group of friends and family for Prince Louis's christening. While Prince George's godparents include a former staff member of the Cambridges, Prince Louis' godparents appear to have been drawn from close school and college friends, and family.

Prince George's godparents are Oliver Baker, a college friend of both William and Kate; Emilia Jardine-Paterson, Kate's grade-school friend; Earl Grosvenor, whose mother is Prince William's godmother; Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, William and Kate's former private secretary; Julia Samuel, who was close with Princess Diana; William van Cutsem, William's childhood friend; and Zara Tindall, William's cousin.

Princess Charlotte has two fewer godparents than her older brother. Her godparents are Sophie Carter, Kate's friend; Lady Laura Fellowes, William's cousin and Princess Diana's niece; James Meade, William's friend; Adam Middleton, Kate's cousin; and Thomas van Straubenzee, William's friend.
