Wild Parrots Adorably Line Up for a Feeding in San Francisco High-Rise Window

The person taking the video wanted them to come inside!

If you never thought about moving to San Francisco before, we bet you will now after seeing this video from TikTok user @parrotssf. Are we the only ones who didn’t know there were wild parrots in San Francisco? Because it wasn’t until this video did we learn about it.

This TikToker noticed the parrots coming around the apartment window so being the good folk they are, they put bird feeders outside the window. But now, they brought those bird feeders just inside the windowsill, trying to entice them to come in. The result is simply amazing!

O.M.G. See?! We told you that you’d want to move to SF after this video because well, who wouldn’t want to have parrots lining up outside their high-rise window?!

“For me, it’s so surreal with the tall buildings and jungle birds. Hope you make lifelong friends,” commented @cillasphotography. You can just tell these birdies are the type of friends who are constantly coming back to check-in. Or as @user8367783550737 said, “They will come for foodies every day now.” That’s for sure!

@heatherhorton145 suggested, “Sunflower seeds contain lots of fat. Try some fruit and veggies and see if they like it. I bet they would like a little mango.” Who doesn’t like mango?! If you’re interested in learning more about these parrots, several TikTokers suggested watching ‘The Parrots of Telegraph Hill’ documentary. You can bet your bottom dollar that’s what we’ll be doing this weekend!
