Wife of Late Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' Granted Half of His Estate

Allison Holker Boss, the wife of late dancer and 'Ellen' show DJ Stephen "tWitch" Boss, has been granted half of her late husband's artistic earnings over four months after his death.

A judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles approved Holker Boss' request for the Spousal Property Petition she filed back in February, multiple sources have reported.

According to court documents obtained by People, Boss died intestate, or without a will, at the time of his passing in December 2022. Though his wife was already entitled to Boss' half of their joint estate under California law, Holker Boss was required to file a petition to legally prove that she was actually married to the So You Think You Can Dance alum at the time of his death.

Ultimately, the judge confirmed Holker Boss' identity as Boss' spouse and granted her "property passing" rights, though "no administration of it is necessary."

As a result, Holker Boss, 35, now possesses half of his current and future earnings from his Goldman Sachs Investment account, as well as royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., GEP Talent Services and SAG/AFTRA. She also was granted half of Boss' interest in his 100% ownership of Stephen Boss Productions.

As previously reported, Boss died by suicide at age 40 on December 13, 2022. He and Holker Boss shared three children: Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3.

Holker Boss' noted in her filing that her husband "owned nothing of value" when they married in 2013 and that all "existing assets were acquired during the marriage, by virtue of the work, skills and efforts of the parties," per a recent Us Weekly report.

Additionally, the dancer and choreographer pointed out that Boss "had numerous projects and performed as dancer, choreographer, actor and producer which resulted in rights to royalties" that should be given in part to her and her children.
