Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson is a girl dad — with fatherhood unimaginable any other way.

"Every man wants a son, but every man needs a daughter," the 48-year-old actor wrote on Instagram Friday, beside a photo of him and 2-year-old daughter Tia, walking hand in hand. "All my girls have become the great equalizers in my life — I’m surrounded by estrogen and wouldn’t have it any other way."

He added, "And man I hope she never gets tired of holding these big ol’ dinosaur hands, though I suspect one day she will."

The Rock has three daughters: Tia, 2, and Jasmine, 5, with wife Lauren Hashian. And he shares Simone, 19, with ex-wife Dany Garcia.

When Tia was born in 2018, the former wrestler said that witnessing her birth bred a new appreciation for moms. "Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world," he wrote under an Instagram photo of him and Tia engaging in skin-to-skin contact, the practice of holding a newborn baby close to one's bare skin to promote parental bonding.

"I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there," he wrote, adding, "Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless."

"Oh and one more thing…you’re gonna love rollin’ in daddy’s pickup truck," he wrote.

Later that year to mark Women's Equality Day on Aug. 26, the Rock captioned a loving Instagram shot of Jasmine shoving a croissant into his mouth: "She can be anything she wants. She can sit at any table. She can trailblaze a path, while humbly and gratefully recognizing those before her who paved the way. She and her big sister, Simone and her baby sister, Tiana Gia will always have a strong voice and always make a positive impact."

He joked, "She can also just forcefully shove a buttery, delicious croissant in daddy’s mouth when daddy is on a very strict diet."

It goes without saying that the Rock is close to his own mom, Ata Johnson, who crashed his virtual Wednesday interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform a mother-son ukulele duet. "You stole the interview!" proclaimed Fallon after the performance. However, when Ata continued chatting as Fallon tried cutting to a commercial break, a blushing the Rock laughed, "OK ma, leave ma!"
