They’re the couple of the moment, so everyone wants to know what Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Valentine’s Day plans are. On February 11, 2024, social media was flooded with photos of Taylor and Travis locking lips and hugging on the field of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas after the Chiefs defeated the 49ers in overtime at Super Bowl LVIII.

But Traylor wouldn’t be together on V-Day. Travis was required at the Chiefs Super Bowl parade in Kansas City, while Tay was hitting the road (or skies, more accurately), as her Eras Tour continues Down Under. The “Karma” singer landed in Melbourne, Australia on February 14 (February 15 locally because the east coast of Australia is 16 hours ahead of the US).

Melbourne TV station 10 News first reported that “Taylor Swift is officially on her way here,” according to a tweet. According to news.com.au, she touched down at 12.50 am local time, and fans were there to greet her jet. TMZ reported a “decent-sized crowd” made up of “a bunch of kids/teens with signs for her—and they were out there cheering on the fact she was stepping foot onto their turf.”

It’s not all bad news though. Now that football’s over, it’s been reported that Travis would join Taylor for a part of her Eras tour as it continues around the world. “They are making plans for the summer and are excited to travel together in Europe when Taylor takes her tour there,” a source told People.

“Football is everything to him. He lives and breathes it. But he’s ready for some downtime now and to show up for Taylor the way she has for him.” The insider concluded: “The attention on them is definitely a lot, but Travis has done a great job deflecting and focusing on what’s important.”

Travis reflected on his temper tantrum towards Chiefs coach Andy Reid on a new episode of the New Heights podcast, which he hosts with his brother Jason, calling it “definitely unacceptable”. “I can’t get that fired up to the point where bumping Coach and it’s getting him off balance and stuff. When he stumbled, I was like: ‘Aw, sh—t’ in my head,” Travis said.

He continued, explaining that Reid came up to him after the incident and didn’t have any harsh words for him, even though Kelce expected some. “I deserve it. If he would have cold-cocked me in the face right there, I would have just ate it. I would have been like: ‘Let’s f—king go.’”

Reid laughed it off, though. “He keeps me young. He tested that hip out. He caught me off balance – normally, I’d give him a little bit, but I didn’t have any feet under me,” he told CBS’ postgame show.
