A background alien from Star Wars has become an LGBTQIA+ icon on social media. Back in 2019, Rise of Skywalker got fans excited with the news that a same-sex kiss would appear in a Star Wars film for the first time ever. But when people finally saw the scene it was nothing short of a flop. It featured two background characters for a split second during the movie's final montage. Now three years later, as people continue to roast the sad attempt at representation, a hero has been born. Klaud, an alien in the background of the end montage, has become symbolic of how Star Wars fans feel about the scene. People then began inserting a "Live Klaud Reaction" into their favorite LGBTQIA+ media
