The daytime talk show premiered in 2006.

The Rachael Ray Show is the latest addition to the list of long-running talk shows ending in 2023.

In a statement shared with Deadline, the chef-turned-talk show host announced her show's upcoming end after having been on the air since 2006.

"In my more than 20 plus years in television I have had 17 wonderful seasons working in daytime television with Rachael,” Rachael Ray said in the statement. "However I've made the decision that it's time for me to move on to the next exciting chapter in my broadcast career."

Ray continued, "My passions have evolved from the talk show format production and syndication model to a platform unencumbered by the traditional rules of distribution. … That is why I am looking forward to putting all my energies into my recently announced production arm, Free Food Studios. Thank you to all of our Rachael daytime show partners, crew, and affiliates, and the wonderful years we all worked together."

Prior to the announcement of the show's end, Deadline broke the news of Ray launching her own production studio, focused on cooking content from Ray. This would take her back to her roots.

In a separate statement to the publication announcing Free Food Studios, Ray shared she wanted to "create a library of original content in the food space" and said it's exciting "to have the opportunity to mentor and introduce a new class of culinary talent through this platform."

The news of Rachael Ray's end comes nearly a month after Dr. Phil announced the end of his eponymous show.
