Kate Middleton and Prince William talked about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's baby Archie last week, with Kate saying she and William "look forward to meeting him and finding out what his name is going to be." But the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge didn't make it to Windsor to meet Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's child last week or this past weekend. No one really did, besides the Queen and Prince Philip.

Royal reporter Omid Scobie explained to Good Morning America that this was a deliberate move by Archie's parents. "Archie’s first week at home with Mom and Dad was quiet," Scobie said. "They wanted that personal space with their newborn. This week, it’s all about the visitors with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visiting tomorrow and the Prince of Wales [Prince Charles, Harry and William's dad] visiting later this week."

Good Morning America additionally reported that they have learned that Meghan and Harry have taken to parenting "very easily and quickly, with Harry being hands on" and doing his fair share of diaper changing.

The update comes one day after Meghan and Harry shared the second photo of their son on their SussexRoyal Instagram account in honor of Mother's Day. The couple shared a sweet message to mothers everywhere in the caption of their photo.

"Paying tribute to all mothers today-past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered," the caption began. "We honor and celebrate each and every one of you. Today is Mother’s Day in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Japan, and several countries across Europe. This is the first Mother’s Day for The Duchess of Sussex."
