If you're already nerding out about the new documentary on Queen Elizabeth (it's called Queen of the World and I'm preemptively obsessed), you know that Meghan Markle is heavily featured. Like, see? Here she is being adorable and checking out her wedding dress in a sneak peek:

But you know who isn't included in the documentary? THIS GAL:

Kate Middleton is apparently nowhere to be found, but she has a good reason. People's royal reporter Simon Perry says that "the royal mom of three was on maternity leave after the birth of Prince Louis in April when a lot of the filming was conducted," and that "she simply wasn’t taking part in functions with the family at that time."

Royal conspiracy theorists who live for the drama (hi) might think this sounds a little ~hmmm~ but it's not simply that Kate was pregnant and like "see ya never, family!" She was actually due to give birth at any second. "Kate was largely out of action during the main filming," a source tells People. "CHOGM [The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting] was a focal point and she was due to give birth any minute then."

Fair enough! Watch a preview of the doc below:
