Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez had their wedding originally set for June 2020 in Italy, but the coronavirus pandemic caused some shifts. They've been pretty go-with-the-flow about the situation, though, and announced in May they're “indefinitely” postponing the nuptials. Can you blame them? With so much uncertainty in the air, I wouldn't want to hammer down wedding details just yet, either.

But now there may not be a wedding at all. Granted, this is probably a big “may.” Lopez was asked on Andy Cohen's SiriusXM show, Radio Andy, if she's considered just not getting married, and she gave a very diplomatic answer.

“We’ve talked about that, for sure,” Lopez said, according to Us Weekly. “At our age, you know, we’ve both been married before. It’s like, ‘Do we get married? Do we not? What does it mean for us?’ And it just comes down to personal…like, ‘What do you want to do?’”

Lopez told Cohen there's “no rush” for the wedding should they choose to have one. Back in May she did express some sadness over the plans having to change. (Again, can you blame her?!)

“I’m a little heartbroken because we did have some great plans, but I’m also like, you know what, God has a bigger plan and we just have to wait and see,” she told Today. “Maybe it’s going to be better? I have to believe that it will be.”

Lopez also told Today, “There’s no planning right now. You just have to kind of wait and see how this all plays out. You know, it’s disappointing on one level.... After the Super Bowl and after World of Dance, after we finished filming it, I planned to take time off, which is what we’re doing right now. But at the same time, we had a lot of plans for this summer, and this year but everything is kind of on hold right now.”

Married or not, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are still one of Hollywood's most iconic couples.
