'The Banshees of Inisherin' co-stars are nominated for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor.

Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson will not appear tonight at the 2023 Critics' Choice Awards.

The Banshees of Inisherin co-stars tested positive for COVID-19 after attending the Golden Globes last week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Farrell, 46, and Gleeson, 67, have been nominated for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor, respectively, at the 28th Critics' Choice Awards. Their film also received seven other nominations at this year's awards show, including Barry Keoghan's (also nominated for Best Supporting Actor) and Kerry Condon's (Best Supporting Actress), two for writer-director Martin McDonagh (Best Director, and Best Screenplay), one for Best Picture, one for Best Acting Ensemble, and another for Best Comedy.

Unfortunately, the two actors are amongst several other celebrities who have announced they will be a no-show at tonight's award show after contracting COVID-19.

Jamie Lee Curtis, 64, announced on Friday that she, too, will miss out on the event. "F**k COVID! Sadly, this head cheerleader is not going to be at all the weekend festivities cheering on her friends and colleagues. Life on life's terms. I'm glad that there are all these home tests available so that I didn't go to the @americanfilminstitute lunch and spread my germs," she wrote alongside a photo of her positive test.

"I was SO looking forward to going to the @bafta tea and the @criticschoice awards as a nominee and member of a motley crew! I'm so proud of these people, and I look forward to cheering them on through my TV set. Stay safe out there people."

Actress Michelle Pfeiffer also announced her absence from the award show in an Instagram post. "I’m so sorry to be missing the Critics Choice Awards today. Yep, Covid," she continued, "Especially disappointed not to witness @thejeffbridges receive his Lifetime Achievement Award. Pauline Kail said it best - “He (Jeff) may be the most natural and least self-conscious actor that has ever lived.” EVER LIVED. It is what all actors strive for, and Jeff hits it every time…with every role that he slips into. Congratulations Jeff and to all the nominees! 👏👏👏."

We're hoping for a speedy recovery for all of these stars!

You can watch the 2023 Critics' Choice Awards hosted by Chelsea Handler tonight at 7 p.m. ET on The CW.
