Kourtney Kardashian Barker revealed her smoothie recipe with an Erewhon x Poosh collab on Oct. 15, and the Women's Health staff tested the drink to give you an honest review. The 43-year-old reality television star isn't the first celeb to tout their signature smoothie recipe. Jennifer Garner drinks the same smoothie every morning while training for a role, Kate Hudson rotates between three different breakfast smoothies, and Jennifer Aniston's chocolate smoothie tastes like dessert.

Now, the oldest Kardashian sister is weighing in with her own smoothie game. "The Poosh Potion Detox Smoothie" contains a blend of activated charcoal, maple syrup, avocado, and protein powder, among other ingredients. While I can't say I would have thought of mixing all these things together, I was pleasantly surprised by the combo.

In case you aren't familiar, Erewhon is a healthy grocery store chain in California that is a hot-spot for A-list celeb sightings. Earlier this summer, Erewhon could barely keep Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie in stock.

Women's Health's review of the smoothie:

Six WH staffers tried the smoothie. Overall, most people were big fans. It definitely tastes strongly of bananas, and leaves an interesting, sweet aftertaste thanks to the maple syrup, cacao and protein powder.

It's *definitely* has a protein powder flavor, so if that's something you enjoy, this drink is for you! It tastes like something you might want after a hard workout class, but perhaps not so much a light, mid-afternoon snack.

The smoothie's dark color, while startling at first, comes from the activated charcoal and fulvic mineral drops, and the thick texture is created by the addition of the coconut cream. Overall, 10 out of 10 on smoothie texture.

And while making the smoothie, there was no doubt in anyone's mind that this drink is packed healthy ingredients that are sure to boost your hydration and energy levels.

This spooky Poosh Detox smoothie is only available until Nov. 15 at Erewhon stores. So if you want to do your own taste test, make sure to do it soon.
