Liz Plosser, editor-in-chief at Women's Health, is a wellness guru, avid morning person, and something of a style maven. Check out her Instagram, where she showcases her diverse range of training routines and muscle-building recipes. Even though she posts fitness content daily, Plosser shares that a question she regularly receives from her followers is where she gets her outfits.

That's especially true for her athleisure looks on TV appearances like the The Today Show, where she talks about everything from strength exercises you can do at home to the importance of warmups and cool downs. No matter the topic, her followers are always interested in what she's wearing. Interestingly enough, she says that the outfit she wore in her most recent segment on the importance of balance, which aired on Dec. 13, has garnered the most DMs she's ever received. Here, Plosser spills the deets on what she wore, from her chic sneakers to the sweatshirt she rocked backstage.

Plosser's fit consisted of two pieces from Magnlens. The bottoms are a new color of the Louella Cargo Pants that are not yet available online (fun fact: Women's Health cover star Sydney Sweeney also rocked these same bottoms in her December cover story). The top, meanwhile, is launching in the spring, but the brand offers plenty of other cute tops to shop in the meantime. For a similar active-chic look that's shoppable now, WH Executive Fashion Director Kristen Saladino recommends pairing the white Louella Cargo Pants with Magnlens' asymmetrical top.

Plosser finished off her daytime look with the Underarmour Forge 96, a retro sneak that looks great with a variety of casual to business casual fits.

While Plosser was backstage prepping for the show, she rocked the Left on Friday Sports & Rec Sweatshirt (above), which is *just* sporty enough without looking like you just left the gym. It's also surprisingly warm. One online reviewer loves this sweatshirt so much, they wore it on a chilly boating day. "It’s a tad thicker weight than most linen tops and the back covers your assets." they say. "Plus you can roll the sleeves up or down, so it was perfect on the boat and for walking around as a cover up."
