Goldberg is envisioning an amazing, star-studded cast.

Whoopi Goldberg is hyped for the Sister Act 3 film, revealing exactly which major stars of the moment she would want to add to the already-iconic cast.

Goldberg spoke to Lenard "Charlamagne tha God" McKelvey on his show Hell of A Week with Charlamagne tha God, via Variety.

During the interview, she said, "I’m gonna ask Keke [Palmer] to come. You know, I want everybody to come in. I want Lizzo to come." She then appeared to refer to Nicki Minaj as another well-known face who she'd love to appear in the third film.

The 66-year-old explained why she's eager to get people like the three stars on board for Sister Act 3, saying, “I want as many people who want to have some fun because I really, desperately need to have some fun."

The first and second films of the popular franchise are already cult classics, starring Goldberg as Deloris, a singer who enters a convent to hide from the mob.

There, she meets interesting characters like Kathy Najimy as Mary Patrick and Maggie Smith as Mother Superior.

The original movie came out in 1992, followed by the sequel the next year, called Sister Act 2: Back in the HabitSister Act 3 is currently in pre-production.

Goldberg spoke with Najimy on The View in early October as the latter promoted Hocus Pocus 2, another sequel of a beloved film.

As reported by Entertainment Weekly, Najimy said, "I haven't heard anything formal about [Sister Act 3] yet, I've heard rumblings of it. I think it'd be a blast of fun. I look forward to the nuns that we were with that are still with us, seeing them again, they were fantastic, so much fun."

She then asked Goldberg if she had any news about the movie.

Goldberg told the audience of The View, "It took a little while, but it's happening. You all helped that happen, I think, because they brought Hocus Pocus back. They finally said, 'We might as well put those nuns back out there and see if they have any juice.'"

In September, producer Tyler Perry also revealed that there's "a good script, we're off to a great start."
