From Delish

Here at Delish, we're all for you having a keto-friendly Thanksgiving dinner. Just because it's the holidays doesn't mean you need to break your diet. We've perfected keto recipes for most of the Thanksgiving classics you know and love, but Whole Foods has the finishing touch for ya: keto-certified gravy. Bless up.

You probably know that typical gravy is made with flour, but if you're keto, you know flour-based products don't fly. This keto-certified gravy uses different ingredients that abide by keto standards while being just as good as the normal stuff. Because hey, your keto relative deserves something delicious to smother their mashed potatoes in, too.

The gravy is made from water, turkey stock, rice starch, butter, heavy cream, chicken fat, lentil flour, spices, granulated onion, yeast extract, celery salt, and granulated garlic. It's seasoned with garlic, sage, and thyme and is only about 45 calories per serving so there will be no guilt this Thanksgiving.

This keto gravy is available at all Whole Foods locations, except its mid-Atlantic stores. The mid-Atlantic stores include Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

The gravy retails for just about $7 and the container carries one and a half pounds of gravy, so there's enough to use for all of the leftover Thanksgiving recipes you can dream of. Hello, Thanksgiving Crunchwrap!
