In a new Instagram post, the 41-year-old Whitney alum shared a photo of herself standing topless—with her hands covering her breasts—in what appears to be a hospital room.

“Down boys!” she wrote in the caption. “Something nobody told me about giving birth is that you stay looking prego for a bit, then your body changes every 5 minutes after that.” Whitney, who has a partnership with Frida Mom, then thanked the brand for its postpartum shorts “that keep everything from falling out.”

Fans of the I'm Fine...And Other Lies author related to her candid comments about her changing body—and Whitney responded to many of them. “In like two day your actually gonna feel your insides moving back to where they were,” one person wrote. “It’s bonkers,” Whitney responded.

And after another Instagram follower wrote, “I wore the mesh panties for waaaaayyyyy too long but I loved them,” Whitney joked that she was “never taking them off.”

“Yea. I loved when I returned to work after 4 weeks and my attending (I was a medical resident) asked when I was due….😂” someone else chimed in. Whitney’s response: “🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.”

Whitney first announced that she was expecting her fist child in June. On Instagram, she shared that she was pregnant, joking in a photo of herself playing with her dog that her “human pup” was coming in December.

And earlier this week, she shared a sweet photo announcing her son’s birth. In it, Whitney can be seen with tousled hair and a tiny hand resting on her chest. "3-D printed a human. Enjoy me never having brushed hair again," she joked in the caption.

Congrats, Whitney!
