'White Lotus' Actor Is Reportedly Engaged After Whirlwind Romance

The actor has apparently been trying to keep the news on the down-low.
It looks like Lukas Gage will be needing to prepare some wedding vows soon, as he is believed to be engaged to celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton.
New reports reveal that the White Lotus alum, 27, quietly got engaged to Appleton, 39, after going public with their whirlwind romance earlier this year.
"They’re not telling the public yet, but they have told friends they are engaged," a source spilled to Us Weekly this week. "They got engaged before they even had rings and then went to pick them out together."
According to the insider, pals of Gage and Appleton are excited about the big news, as their friends believe the pair make "a great couple."
"Even though they moved very quickly, everyone around them is very excited about their relationship," the source added.

The supposedly engaged new flames haven't been together for too long, but things between them have certainly seemed to be heating up fast. They first sparked dating rumors back in February, after sharing a photos of a trip to Mexico together, leading many of their followers to speculate about a possible romance.
Appleton later confirmed the news while appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show back in March, where he admitted to the talk show host, "Listen, I’m very happy [and] very much in love."

He continued, "I feel very grateful to be able to share my time with someone very special. Love is a really special thing and, I think, meeting someone that you connect with is very special."
Confirming that his new beau is in fact the You actor, Appleton even called Gage a "hottie," while looking at a photo of them during the episode.
"Here's to love!" he also said to Barrymore, before picking her up and spinning her around in an adorable embrace.
