If there's one thing Joy Cho is known for, it's her love of color. The blogger, author, and founder of graphic design studio Oh Joy! is a pro at infusing a little bit of fun—or, should I say, joy—into every project she touches...including paper towels. Thanks to a new collaboration between the lifestyle blogger and Bounty, you can now add a pop of color à la Joy into your kitchen.
The limited-edition designs are part of Bounty's Artist Collection. "It’s an item we have on hand every day to clean up messes quickly, so why not add some joy to them?" Cho tells House Beautiful. "As much as I’d love to focus on only style, function makes our lives easier, so it’s essential to have both! That’s the main reason I’m so excited about this partnership with Bounty. It's an easy way to bring function, style, and color to your home through an everyday necessity."
In an Oh Joy! blog post announcing the partnership, Cho explains how the designs came to life. "For any collection, I start with images, colors, and patterns that inspire me," she writes. "Unlike some other products, we couldn’t use an unlimited amount of colors—so our color palette needed to be well-defined and concise."
The resulting products are a whimsical mix of stars, lines, and dots, all in a small pool of pastel colors. "The goal is for all the patterns to come together and feel like a group, but not be identical or too repetitive," she writes in her blog post.
The limited-edition line of paper towels are available to shop exclusively at BJ's and Sam's Club as of this month, though it's not clear how long they'll be available.
