Nintendo’s animation based on its hit video game franchise is without a doubt not just the biggest film, but the biggest entertainment release of 2023, and one of the highest grossing animated movies ever. Where to Watch The Super Mario Bros. Movie

There are two ways to watch The Super Mario Bros. Movie right now: either with a Peacock subscription, or by buying/renting it on Amazon Prime Video.

Amazon Prime Video offers a special version of the film called The Super Mario Bros. Movie - Bonus X-Ray Edition. This contains bonus videos, trivia and more accessible in Prime Video's X-Ray on web, mobile, & select FireTV devices. The film costs $19.99 to buy, and $5.99 to rent. The Super Mario Bros. Movie is currently number one of the global box office, with a worldwide gross of $1,351,478,338. This puts it ahead of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which is number two with $845,303,497. Barbie is third, with $823,876,906.

Unlike the two movies ahead of it, however, Barbie is still in cinemas, so there’s time for it to rise up the ranks. Oppenheimer, meanwhile, is 11th place with a $425,311,505 worldwide gross.
