If you haven’t been, this Tribeca gem is absolutely worth a visit. But if you’d rather not wear your Thanksgiving pants in public (fair), you can still take advantage of turkey two ways (confit legs and sliced breast with gribenes salad) by getting it to go. As if that wasn’t classy enough, the sweet potato crostini and potato and celery root puree will really elevate your at-home affair.

Unsurprisingly, this cult-fave sister-owned pie shop has mastered the art of Thanksgiving dessert, with salted-caramel apple, brown-butter pumpkin, and our favorite, the signature salty honey pie. (Psst…there’s also bittersweet chocolate pecan on the Thanksgiving menu this year, and we’d be willing to bet that it’s both decadent and delicious.)

While the beloved institution Il Buco hosts a dine-in Thanksgiving, its casual market counterpart brings those Italian-cooking sensibilities to a takeout feast, featuring crispy butterball potatoes and sourdough stuffing with homemade sausage. And let’s not forget about dessert—pumpkin tart and apple crostata are on the menu. At $500 for ten to 14 people, it’s not exactly cheap but not a bad deal either.

Order a heat-and-eat Thanksgiving kit from Michelin star restaurant Aquavit and you’ll be treated to a decidedly upscale spread that boasts fennel and caraway spiced turkey breast, smoked turkey leg sausage, rye and brioche stuffing, truffled mushroom spätzle and more. This fine-dining gem has also got dessert covered with options that include classic pumpkin pie, milk bread and chocolate trifle. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny for the gourmet fare and perhaps opt for a more intimate celebration, since a holiday feast for four will set you back $575.
