Aside from figuring out all the cute outfits you’d pack, you also need to find out which of the many Parisian sights you would check out on your trip. If you’re a big Emily in Paris fan who is already counting down until the fourth season, then you definitely want to go to all of the places they filmed around the city. You also can’t miss the scenic spots in the South of France, which Emily visited with her besties Mindy and Camille in season 2, or the charming countryside of Provence that they visit in season 3. Emily’s Apartment
According to Atlas of Wonders, Emily’s apartment is located at 1 Place de l’Estrapade in the 5th arrondissement’s Latin Quarter.
Gabriel’s Restaurant
Yes, Gabriel’s restaurant is actually real and you should totally visit it for a bite to eat. IRL, it’s an Italian restaurant called Terra Nera. It’s also only a block away from the location of Emily and Gabriel’s apartment.
Savoir Offices
The offices of Savoir are located right next door a real antique store, Galerie Patrick Fourtin, which is located at the Place de Valois in the 1st arrondissement.
Jardin du Palais Royal
Hoping to find your own Paris bestie at a park? Try the Jardin du Palais Royal where Emily and Mindy first met in season 1, which is only a block away from the Savoir offices.
L'Atelier des Lumières
If you’re hoping to experience Starry Night the same way Emily, Gabriel, and Camille did on season 1 of the show, you won’t have to book a trip to Paris. On the show, the characters went to L’Atelier des Lumières to check out the breathtaking exhibit, which was removed in January 2020. However, if you’re in the U.S., the special event arrived to the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields in June 2021 and is featured at a number of other spots nationwide.
The Bed Pop-Up
Mindy and Emily ended up hitting plenty of Parisian hotspots, but the one that helped Emily get her Instagram account back was a cute little street called Rue de l’Abreuvoir.
The Eiffel Tower
Along with the Rue de l’Abreuvoir, Mindy and Emily also went to visit the Eiffel Tower and posed for some fun pics.
Palais Garnier
Want to catch a show while in the city? Dress to the nines and head over the Palais Garnier opera house, just like Emily did in season 1.
Pont Alexandre III
The Pont Alexandre III bridge is a popular hot spot and a common place for film and commercial shoots, so you might bump into someone big when you stop by.
Château de Sonnay
According to OprahMag.com, the Emily in Paris cast headed three hours away from Paris to Château de Sonnay in Cravant-les-Côteaux, France, for the character’s trip to meet Camille’s family and their champagnerie.
Panthéon
While we’ll never understand why Emily’s BF didn’t want to head off to Paris to visit her, when she took the call, she was actually standing in front of the iconic Panthéon in the Latin Quarter.
La Monnaie de Paris
Pierre probably had the best show on all of Paris Fashion Week thanks to Emily’s help, and it was even better thanks to it’s big location: La Monnaie de Paris, a museum that used to function as a government-funded building to produce France’s coins.
Season 2
Le Cafè Marly
In the premiere episode of season 2, Emily, Camille, and Sylvie lunch at Le Cafè Marly, an eatery just steps away from the iconic Louvre Museum in the French capital.
Gare de l’Est
Emily and Mathieu Cadault arrive at Gare de l’Est, one of the six major railway stations in Paris, to head to idyllic Saint-Tropez for the weekend. But their romantic getaway abruptly ends when Mathieu overhears Emily’s intimate phone call with Gabriel, and she travels on to the south of France by herself.
Villefranche-sur-Mer
Here is where Emily arrives for her weekend trip to the South of France, where she’s soon joined by Mindy and Camille.
Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat
After arriving in the Côte d’Azur (the French Riviera), Emily stays at the luxe Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
Paloma Beach
This is where the scenes with Laurent Grateau are shot in the South of France. His restaurant does not actually exist, so this upscale seaside restaurant served as the venue for filming.
Père Lachaise Cemetery
For Emily’s birthday lunch in episode three, Luc takes her to the most unexpected of locations — the Pére Lachaise Cemetery, Paris’ largest cemetery in the 20th arrondissement. Here, Luc introduces Emily to the Honoré de Balzac tomb.
Tortuga – Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann
Emily in Paris tapped the chic rooftop restaurant at the Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, a massive department store in central Paris, as the spot where Camille and Emily have their conversation about Gabriel.
Le Champo Cinema
Emily and Luc watch Jules et Jim, a 1962 French new wave film, at Le Champo Cinema in the Latin Quarter of Paris.
Fontaine Saint-Michel
This picturesque monument in the 6th arrondissement is where Mindy first performs with her bandmates, Benoît and Étienne.
Breakfast in America
ICYMI, Alfie, Emily’s classmate in French class and eventual love interest, did not enjoy living in Paris. So when the two meet up to work on an assignment together, Alfie chooses the least Parisian place of all — an American-themed diner in the 4th arrondissement aptly named Breakfast in America.
Palace of Versailles
For the debut of Gregory Duprée’s new line, the grand Palace of Versailles was the obvious choice. The show specifically takes place in the stunning, Baroque-style Hall of Mirrors, which is considered the most famous room in the entire chateau.
Pont Neuf
The final scene of Emily in Paris season 2 takes place on Pont Neuf, the oldest standing bridge across the Seine River in Paris. Here, Emily calls Sylvie about her job decision, after she learns that Camille and Gabriel have reconciled and moved in together.
Season 3
McDonald’s on Champs-Elysees
With the prospect of taking on McDonald’s as a new client, Emily agrees to go to lunch with Gabriel at an upscale McDonald’s located on Champs-Elysees, the famed Parisian avenue in the 8th arrondissement.
Le Jules Verne
For their meeting with the McDonald’s exec, Sylvie chooses Le Jules Verne, the restaurant perched on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, because “Americans love that place.”
Tiffany & Co. – Avenue de Champs-Elysses
When in a pursuit to win back their clientele, Madeline and Emily take a meeting at the Tiffany & Co. jewelry store on Avenue de Champs-Elysses in the 8th arrondissement.
Le Flore En L'Île Berthillon Restaurant
The exterior of this charming bistro on Île Saint-Louis near Notre Dame has been featured several times throughout Emily in Paris. In season 3, it makes another appearance when Emily and Luc meet to talk.
Musée des Arts Décoratifs
Sylvie and Madeline have their “Who wore it best?” moment at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, a costume museum near the Louvre, where Pierre Cadault holds his retrospective show in episode two.
Pont des Arts Bridge
Mindy references the Pont des Arts Bridge in episode three, after she, Benoît, and Étienne perform at the Fête de la Musique. This pedestrian bridge across the Seine is where she and the band typically play.
Le Temps des Cerises
Les Temps des Cerises in Le Marais, a neighborhood in the 4th arrondissement, is where Sylvie, Julien, and Luc meet to discuss the offer from Nicolas de Leon.
La Basilique du Sacré Cœur
At the beginning of episode four, Emily goes live on Instagram on the historic steps outside La Basilique du Sacré Cœur, a church located in Montmartre.
Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris
Emily and Mindy take a Segway tour around Notre-Dame, a medieval cathedral on Île de la Cité in Paris.
Roue de Paris
The giant Ferris wheel on Place de la Concorde serves as the backdrop as Emily, Julien, and Luc have lunch together in episode four. Later, Emily and Alfie take it for a spin.
Fête des Tuileries
Emily and Mindy ride around in the bumper cars at la Fête des Tuileries, an annual fair in the Tuileries Gardens in the 1st arrondissement. The festival is open during the summer holiday, from June to August.
Restaurant du Bourgogne
Emily, Alfie, and Mindy stand outside Restaurant de Bourgogne on Rue des Vinaigriers waiting for their reservation when they spot Nicolas de Leon, Mindy’s former boarding school classmate.
Hôtel Molitor Paris-MGallery
Emily and Mindy spend an afternoon at the posh Hôtel Molitor Paris-MGallery in the 16th, basking in the sun by the resort’s pool.
Provence, France
In episode 6, Emily, Alfie, Gabriel, Sylvie, and Erik head to Antoine Laveaux’s home in Provence, a charming town known for its rolling hillsides and lush lavender fields in the southeastern part of France.
Grande Halle de la Villette
Nicolas invites Mindy to watch a film at the cinema at Grande Halle de la Villette, a cultural center in the 19th.
Pop Air Balloon Museum
After ditching the outdoor screening of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Emily and Gabriel decide on a whim to enter the Pop Air Balloon Museum. Unfortunately, the inflatable art museum is no longer open in Paris, but you can visit the exhibition in Milan through February 2023.
Gare du Nord
Gare du Nord is situated in the northern part of Paris and is one of six major train stations in the capital. Here, Emily greets Alfie after he returns to Paris from London.
Musée de la Vie Romantique
One of the spots that Emily suggests to Gabriel for his proposal to Camille, Musée de la Vie Romantique lives in the house of Dutch-French painter Ary Scheffer. The home, built in 1830, is located in Quartier Pigalle.
Wall of Love
The Wall of Love is constructed in Paris’s Jehan-Rictus Square and spans 416 square feet, featuring the words “I love you” in 311 languages.
Musée d’Orsay
Gabriel and Camille make a huge commitment to each other in the Musée d’Orsay, a railway station turned museum located on the Left Bank of the Seine.
Palais Garnier
Sylvie and Laurent attend a performance of The Marriage of Figaro at Palais Garnier, a grand opera house in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
Chez Julien
Chez Julien, a stylish bistro listed as a historical monument in the city, is where Emily and Mindy bump into Camille and Sofia at lunch.
Le Château de Sonnay
In the season finale, we return to Camille’s family’s champagnerie, which is situated on the grounds of Le Château de Sonnay, a castle that traces back to 1268 in Cravant-les-Côteaux, France.
