Where to buy Dunkaroos now that they come with chocolate hazelnut cream

Where can I buy Dunkaroos? Dunkaroos are back, so here's where you can get your hands on some if you're craving your favorite '90s lunch box snack.

Okay, so we have good news and we have bad news. The good news: Dunkaroos are back. The bad news, especially if you’re wondering, “Where can I buy Dunkaroos?”: You’re probably going to have to buy a plane ticket if you want to get your hands on some.

As Bustle pointed out, Dunkaroos have made a comeback, appearing on store shelves in Australia — aka nowhere near the United States. Instagrammer Junk Food Mom showed off her find earlier this week, saying that she got the cookies from a junk food swap she did with an Australian. The cookies are made by Nestle Australia and yes, they look amazing. Duh.

“I could dip animal crackers in chocolate hazelnut cream but that’s not nearly as fun as a Dunkaroo,” Junk Food Mom wrote, and really, we have to agree with her there.

These Dunkaroos come with chocolate hazelnut icing to dip your cookies in, which makes them the ideal snack — possibly even better than the OG vanilla icing with sprinkles (if that’s even possible).

Basically, what they’re telling us is that there are Dunkaroos that you dip in Nutella available in Australia, and the rest of us are out 0f luck. Is this the best news or the worst news ever? We honestly can’t tell.

Junk Food Mom added that these treats are made with real hazelnuts, and it seems to be a newer iteration of the ’90s snack all of us used to beg our moms to pack in our lunch boxes — the same snack we’d proudly eat as adults today.

So far, there’s no sign of these making their way to America, so we’ll just have to keep our fingers crossed for the time being. Hey, Dunkaroos? Come back to the U.S. and we can almost guarantee that you’ll be a smash hit.
