After more than 40 years of turning letters on Wheel of Fortune, Vanna White is thinking about her future.

On June 12, her fellow co-host Pat Sajak announced that he will be leaving the game show at the end of the 2023-2024 season. If the series follows its usual schedule, his final episode may air next summer in June. "Well, the time has come," Pat wrote on Twitter. "I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)."

Unsurprisingly, his news prompted many to Google the question: Is Vanna leaving Wheel of Fortune? Longtime viewers may know that both Pat and Vanna have been committed to their roles since they joined in 1975 and 1982, respectively. But both have also hinted at the possibility of them saying goodbye to viewers.

So, is Vanna White leaving Wheel of Fortune?

According to multiple outlets, Vanna is planning to stay on the game show for a while longer. Entertainment Weekly reported that the co-host "is currently in negotiations" and "no deal has been reached."

Puck News added that she's in talks about her salary, more specifically, a raise. She reportedly received her last pay increase 18 years ago but got bonuses along the way. Sources told the site that Vanna earns $3 million while Pat made "almost five times as much," though this information hasn't been confirmed by Sony Pictures Television.

What's more, Ryan Seacrest was announced as Pat's replacement when he leaves the show. By the sounds of it, the American Idol star will be learning the ropes from Pat and keep the series going with Vanna.

"I look forward to learning everything I can from [Pat] during this transition," he wrote on Instagram, in part. "I can’t wait to continue the tradition of spinning the wheel and working alongside the great Vanna White."

Although the co-host previously shared that she couldn't imagine not being by Pat side's, it seems like she's happy for his next chapter.

"When we started @WheelofFortune who could have imagined we’d still be at it 41 seasons later?" she wrote on Twitter, reacting to his departure. "I couldn’t be happier to have shared the stage with you for all these years with one more to come. Cheers to you, @patsajak!"
