Maybe you kept forgetting it was time to take your car in for an oil change, but you figured it was no big deal...until your car seriously overheated on the highway and you had to pay out the nose to replace a bunch of heat-warped engine parts.

Or perhaps you made a mistake at work, like forgetting to put away a food delivery when you worked in the back of house at a restaurant. It was a busy day, so it totally slipped your mind...until you found hundreds of dollars worth of spoiled meat and realized there wasn't enough food in the fridge to prep for the next shift.
