"I'm a sucker for design," says Olivier Reza, CEO of the jewelry brand Reza. "I love beautiful lines and things that are well made." It's no wonder, considering that he's the second generation of his family to run the famed operation, known for its craftsmanship and eye-popping jewels, but Reza isn't just talking about his own creations here. While he's currently hard at work on new designs—including new earrings to meet the demand of his loyal customers—Reza's fondness for fine forms isn't limited to what he makes, but also includes the items he can't live without.

"Today it's accepted that you don't always have to have a suit on. I want to be comfortable, and I love the feeling of the material of these shirts—the cotton is incredible and the cut is great, too.
