🍲 WHAT'S COOKING: Seems Skinny Cowboy is mighty popular at breakfast time at Muddy's

Visitors to Muddy's at 335 E. Liberty, Wooster, can enjoy some quality sandwiches off the grill all day long, beginning with breakfast at 7 a.m.

The breakfasts include the popular Skinny Cowboy, a three-egg omelet with mushrooms, peppers and onions, turkey and provolone wrapped in a flour tortilla and grille.

The restaurant also serves eggs and meat sandwich or platter, as well as other offerings.

"We're pretty busy for breakfast," said bar manager Kaleb Fitzpatrick said. "The Skinny Cowboy is probably our most popular breakfast item."

Along with their infamous grilled steakburgers, the sandwich board includes a Reuben, grilled chicken, Philly steak and pulled pork.

Pizzas also are popular, as well as quesadillas. There also is a nice selection of wraps.

"We have a nice variety of smoked meats, from ribs to pulled pork," Fitzpatrick added.

Muddy's features half-price wings Wednesdays, which are a big hit, offering a variety choices of traditional or boneless, ranging from Hot Italian, dry rub, BBQ, Buffalo, Tropic Heat, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan and more.

A look back at Muddy's history

Muddy's opened in 2010 in the old Brenner Brothers store on Public Square in Wooster before moving in 2015 to the old Art Bucher Cadillac Dealership, where its has been evolving into the establishment it is today.

The restaurant doesn't take reservations. There is plenty of space available, including service at the bar, a patio and a private party room that seats up to 30.

One of the specials at the bar is a $2 tall boy and $8 pitchers of draft.
