đ˛ WHAT'S COOKING: Ralphie's Sports Eatery fine-tunes green beans, chicken, burger menu

Ralphieâs Sports Eatery in Galion has introduced several new eats that include Onion Toasted Green Beans, Mac âN Cheese varieties and more.
Assistant Manager Theresa Pierce said the restaurant will have another menu update coming up shortly.
The most popular one of the five newer menu items, according to Pierce, is Ralphieâs Buffalo Mac âN Cheese, which is golden-fried chicken tender bites tossed in Ralphieâs Buffalo Hot Sauce on a bed of rich and creamy white cheddar Mac âN Cheese.
The dish is finished with melted cheddar and homemade ranch dressing.
Next in popularity is Ralphieâs Chunky Chicken Parmesan. It is a bowl of spaghetti noodles topped with parmesan garlic butter chicken chunks, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, and chunky marinara.
Other updates include battered and deep-fried Onion Toasted Green Beans, Chicken Ham and Swiss Sandwich with chicken breasts marinated in raspberry vinaigrette topped with sliced ham, melted Swiss cheese, and customerâs choice of fresh vegetables and served with choice of one side.
Finally the restaurant has introduced Porky Mac âN Cheese Burger, which is a seasoned hand crafted burger topped with zesty barbeque pulled pork, creamy white cheddar Mac âN Cheese, bacon crumbles and choice of fresh vegetables.
Pierce said menu updates, Pierce said, are decided every spring and fall.
Galion Ralphie's is one of the local favorites, and a lot of customers can be seen here daily.
Ralphie's Sports Eatery is located at 451 Portland Way North in Galion. Hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Thursday-Saturday.
