We've Got Your First Look at "Outer Banks" Season 2
Warning: Spoilers for Outer Banks season one ahead.
The wait for Outer Banks season two is almost over. Netflix has announced that the Pogues will be back in Summer 2021 to pick up where that major season one cliff hanger left off. And while we don't know the exact date that Outer Banks is returning, we do have some first-look pictures to hold us over until we find out.
According to executive producers of the show, Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke, "Season 2 is going to test our crew like never before. We've turned up the dial on everything fans loved about season one—more mystery, more romance and higher stakes. It's a full throttle, action-packed adventure and these photos offer a glimpse into the next chapter for our Pogues. All we can say for now is buckle up, it's going to be a wild ride."
The beginning of season two will find John B and Sarah on the run in the Bahamas while Kiara, Pope, and JJ are dealing with things back at home. "The $400M is still in the game," Netflix said in a statement, but a "new-found secret" could reunite the group on a new adventure.
