King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway are on a royal visit to Denmark, and to celebrate, Queen Margrethe hosted a glamorous gala at Amalienborg Castle. For the dinner, the royal women pulled out their finest tiaras. Here, see the photos of the sparkling jewels that Queen Margrethe, Queen Sonja, and Margrethe's daughter-in-law Princess Mary wore to the event:
Queen Margrethe
The Danish queen wore a patriotic red and white gown, by Danish designer Birgitte Thaulow.
She wore her Pearl Poiré Tiara, which features 18 pearls, and the Danish Crown Pearl and Ruby Parure, a pearl necklace and pearl, ruby, and diamond earrings.
Despite undergoing major surgery earlier this year, Queen Margrethe was walking with only the use of a cane. Here, she inspects the Guard of Honour ahead of the dinner at Amalienborg Castle.
Queen Sonja
The Norwegian queen opted for her Leuchtenberg Emerald Parure, which features an emerald tiara, necklace, and earrings.
Perhaps to complement the green emeralds of her jewelry, Queen Sonja chose to wear a neon green gown.

Princess Mary
Princess Mary arrived in a modified rewear of her blush Max Mara gown. Previously she wore the look for King Harald and Queen Sonja's joint 80th birthday celebration in 2017.
Princess Mary wore her Edwardian Diamond Necklace Tiara, her go-to diadem. She arrived with her husband, Crown Prince Frederik.
This is the second time this month she's worn this tiara; she also wore it to the royal wedding of Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al Saif in Amman, Jordan.
Following the banquet, the Danish royal family released this portrait of all the royals. From left to right: Princess Mary, King Harald V, Queen Margrethe, Queen Sonja, and Prince Frederik.
