Wendy's Is Giving Away Free Frostys This Week

The best part? There's no purchase necessary.

You can always get a chocolate Frosty at Wendy’s, but rarely a vanilla one. That’s because Wendy’s only offers two flavors at a time, and chocolate is always one of them. The other half of the Frosty machine rotates with limited-time flavors.

This past summer, the strawberry Frosty took over the other side of the machine. More recently, the pumpkin spice Frosty filled that side. As pumpkin spice season started to wane, Wendy’s again switched up the limited-time side of the machine, adding a peppermint Frosty to the menu.

The peppermint Frosty adds peppermint syrup to Wendy’s vanilla Frosty base to create a slightly pink dessert full of holiday cheer. That same peppermint syrup flavors Wendy’s peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew.

How to Get a Free Wendy’s Frosty or Frosty Cream Cold Brew

If you’re not sure you want to spend money trying one of Wendy’s peppermint offerings, there’s good news. Between now and Nov. 19, Wendy’s is giving fans a free small Frosty or a small Frosty Cream Cold Brew with no additional purchase required. You can try the limited-time peppermint Frosty or Cold Brew for free. Or you can stick with the tried-and-true chocolate Frosty or any Frosty Cream Cold Brew (vanilla, caramel, or chocolate) on the permanent menu.

Is there a catch? Yes and no. The Frosty or Cold Brew is free, but you must order through the Wendy’s app. If you don’t already use the Wendy’s app, you’ll need to download it, register some personal information, and accept the company’s terms of service before you can order your free treat.

The offer seems to be good with DoorDash deliveries, too, and starting Nov. 24, DoorDash’s DashPass members can get a free medium Frosty each Friday through the end of 2023 with an additional purchase of $15 or more.
