Soooo, season 2 of Too Hot to Handle dropped on Netflix, and let’s be honest: There’s something stupidly alluring about this reality show’s premise. Getting sex-obsessed participants to travel to an island, having them shack up with each other in an Instagram-worthy villa, and then telling them via AI they can’t actually have sex with each other? This is the stuff of reality TV dreams.
But in the name of all things Netflix, it’s not just the show’s concept that is keeping us sweltering hot. It’s definitely the sexual tension between some of the show’s stunning contestants. One such couple? Melinda and Marvin!
Right from the get go, it was clear the NYC beauty and the sexy Parisian model (yeah, you read it right) had chemistry. But it was their sensitive sides that were so compelling.
Since it’s clear these two went on a roller coaster, it begs the question: Are they dating to this day? Because the way things are going...let’s get into it, shall we?
Are Melinda and Marvin still together?
As of the THTH finale, yes! The couple ended their time on the show with a finale spent discussing their ~joint future~ together. (But did they ever end up meeting each other’s parents?? Still unclear!)
Even so, they’ve kept mum about their relationship on Instagram, so if a breakup did happen, they’re being very private about it all. While they follow each other on Instagram, they haven’t posted joint pics—although it’s probably because they need to keep the end of the show under wraps. Darn you, Netflix!
Monsieur Marvin has an extra few things to clear up because after doing a deep dive into his IG photos, we spy a band on that finger in some pics! What does this all mean? Well, until Melinda and Marvin clarify, not much definitively. It feels like the perfect time for a couples’ Insta, wouldn’t you agree?
