It's no secret that, during the colder months, gravitating towards dark-colored clothing is a no brainer. However, for this week's best-dressed, we saw celebrities lean more towards pastel hues reminiscent of spring. Florals for spring may be undeniable, but pastels for fall is a trend we can get behind. Looking like a bag of cotton candy will surely lift our spirits from the impending doom that's to come as temperatures continue to drop.

Actress Adria Ajorna attended Prabal Gurung's 10th Anniversary celebration wearing the palest blue suit by the designer you'd ever seen – a great white suit substitute if you're a stickler for the "no white after Labor Day" rule – with a cute mini bag to match. Sticking to the pastel theme was Emmy Rossum who donned a baby pink Altuzarra pantsuit for this week's premiere of "The Morning Show," while former Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Elaine Welteroth followed suit (pun intended) with a light-blue, window-paned pantsuit that had a literal '70s-esque flare.
