A GENERAL CARD FOR EVERYONE: THE HIEROPHANT

The Hierophant is a call-to-action for rebellion! Maybe we collectively need to join up to challenges forces in our society. The world is full of conflict and shifting power structures, maybe more so this year than in a long time. Figure out where you stand and find those who stand with you. Activism is a big theme in 2020, and the Hierophant reveals we ALL have a part to play in fighting for the things we believe in.

ARIES: EIGHT OF COINS

Whatever you’ve been working hard on recently…work harder! The Eight of Coins shows that you’re closer to a breakthrough than you realize, and the rewards will be worth it. You’ve come a long way, but keep pressing on—it'll be worth it.

TAURUS: TEN OF WANDS

Yikes, you’ve been burning the candle at both ends and it’s time to re-evaluate. The Ten of Wands is a workaholic card, signaling that you're doing too much and starting to burn out. Take a time-out and reevaluate your commitments, leaving behind the ones that aren't a priority. That way, you can give all your energy to what's most important.

GEMINI: ACE OF SWORDS

No one ever knows what you really think, Gemini, because your opinions are so fluid. As new information arises, you absorb it, and change your point of view accordingly. This week, however, you need to reveal where you stand on something (even if it’s only a temporary position). The Ace of Swords is a vital truth card, hinting at open dialogue and intense discussion ahead. Get involved and say your piece, and listen carefully to theirs. This will make a big difference.

CANCER: QUEEN OF SWORDS

Co-dependency can be a theme in your life—you love to have a partner or BFF to experience life with. Sometimes, this leads you into possessive territory, and this week, you recognize this. The Queen of Swords brings you a powerful sense of independence, self-control, and self-determination. You want to do it for yourself, by yourself. You want the space and freedom to be you. This feels good!

LEO: NINE OF WANDS

However bleak something looks, know that it's not half as bad as it seems. The Nine of Wands is telling you, "you’ve got this." Get your armor on and face down those demons. You're full of power and energy—nothing will stop you in the next seven days, so move forward!

VIRGO: TWO OF WANDS

You’re procrastinating, Virgo, and you could hesitate for so long that the opportunity simply disappears. I can reassure you that with the Two of Wands, there are NO wrong pathways. All roads lead to a good place, so stop dithering and set off with confidence. The sooner you commit to a choice, the better you’ll feel. It’s time for action, bb.

LIBRA: STRENGTH

What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger (eventually). Remember that this week! Strength is a powerful tarot card about personal development and strength in the face of adversity. We learn from hardship, not success. So let yourself live and learn. You ARE strong, and you’re about to get even stronger.

SCORPIO: THREE OF CUPS

Have fun, Scorpio! I don’t know exactly what Scorpios do for fun (orgies, autopsies, serial killer profiling, dark arts?) but, heck, you do you! The Three of Cups is like a cosmic hall pass, reminding you that we’re here for a good time, not a long time. Get busy living! There’s playful, happy, spontaneous energy swirling around you all week. Expect to receive unexpected invitations and opportunities. Say YES!

SAGITTARIUS: THREE OF SWORDS

Someone close to you has been in a backstabbing mood. It sucks. You’re such a kind and optimistic person that sometimes you ignore the red flags flying around shady people. The Three of Swords depicts, jealousy, betrayal and sabotage. Avoid this by being a little more guarded this week. You can avoid drama if you keep your defenses up.

CAPRICORN: TWO OF CUPS

Ready for romance? Hope so, because the Two of Cups is a loving, passionate card about new and emerging relationships—or strengthening current ones. Someone admires you enormously and has high hopes of your future together. Let them open up to you, and let yourself respond honestly. You are loved, you deserve to be loved, and you should share that love.

AQUARIUS: THE EMPRESS

More often than not, you live with your head in the clouds—but this week, you come back to Earth in a good way. The Empress represents Venus, Mother Nature, and all the earthly pleasure this planet has to offer: landscapes, animals, children, family, sex, creativity. Whatever puts you in a natural flow and makes you relax and smile, invest as much time and energy into it this week as you can. You need to recharge your batteries.
