Weekly Astrology Forecast, February 19-25: Turning Your Desires Into Reality

This week takes us into the realm of imagination, inspiration, spirit, and oneness. The new Moon in Pisces brings the energy of overflow and of pouring ourselves into our desires. Venus in Aries then gifts us with even more energy to say yes to those hopes and dreams and take steps toward making them happen.
Pisces New Moon
New Moons initiate new beginnings. From the point of emptiness, where the Moon is nowhere to be seen in our night sky, she begins to build, to fill herself, to grow in size, shape, and light until she is complete. How she builds and what she builds herself with are determined under the emptiness of the new Moon.
The same takes place within each of us. We grow and bloom in the direction, shape, and experience of what seeds of desire and intention we have planted within our own hearts.
The Pisces new Moon meets us on February 20, 2023, in the sign of Saturn. Our second new Moon of the year offers both flow and structure, imaginative dreaminess and grounded practicality. It lives in the liminal space where the unseen and the seen come together, where energy meets matter.
Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, is the mystic. It is deeply in tune with the currents of energy, emotion, feeling, and intuitive knowing that may not be visible to all.
Saturn, which sits close to the Sun and Moon under this lunation, is the master of the cosmos and imposes his influence of structure on this dreaminess. Saturn brings practicality to imagination. And this week, it holds the space for the inspiration of Pisces to become reality in a way that makes sense.
Next month, Saturn will enter Pisces and remain there for more than two years. This new Moon is a beautiful opportunity to peek into invitations that may emerge starting in March and that will experience great shifts over the next few years.

Venus in Aries
Venus comes into partnership with Aries just hours after the new Moon in Pisces. Venus is our planet of beauty and sensuality, harmony and attraction, art and love. Venus represents the feminine nature of receptivity. Wherever she travels in our skies, she brings balance, blessings, and beauty.
Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, holds the essence of passion, confidence, independence, initiation, and self-expression. Aries represents the Self. It is the “I” in “I am.”
This transit brings an opportunity for a beautiful love affair with the Self. It invites us to bring all that Venus represents into our life and who we are in this current moment. It infuses more beauty into our desires, our hopes, and every aspect and moment of each day. It is a reminder that our wishes are on purpose, and that to feed into the creative process of bringing those into our lives, we must be well-resourced internally. Our true Self--full of life, nourished, nurtured, alive, and confident--is where we find the capacity to make change happen.

Allow yourself to witness what desires, dreams, and potentials you feel yourself drawn to step toward with commitment. Allow this time to explore those desires, to take those exciting places your imagination takes you to and begin to bring them into your physical reality. Saturn will help show you how they can be structured and brought into life. Dream, imagine, plan, and create. These are the invitations of this new Moon.
